I think Halie's, Emma's, and Sean's PSA had the biggest effect on me.  The affect Halie's and Emma's PSA had on me was that global warming will cause problems in the future not just for polar bears but if the ice caps melt and Emma's blog had an effect on me because trees absorb carbon dioxide and that will slow down global warming.  Sean's blog had an effect on me because I wanted to know what the most effect form of renewable energy was and after the PSAs I think solar power is the most effective.

I didn't discover anything new during this project.  I thought the project was easy but there are parts that do take a long time the longest two parts being the book report part and recording information.  Because of the project choice I picked there wasn't any change to either my family or me.

I think the native Americans appreciate the land for multiple reasons one of the bigger reasons would be out of necessity because the native Americans lived off of the land for hundreds of years and depended on it for every thing they would of needed and because of this it has created a long lasting respect for the environment

Like the video said people can unplug things that they aren't using and we use the compact florescent light bulbs already. But to help more people could car pool instead of taking separate vehicles. I think the video was made well and I think I might be able to do something like this with the things I learned this year and last year.

One day I went to Egypt to visit the pyramids of Giza.  After I was there I took a camel to Moscow to visit the Kremlin but it was to cold in Russia so then I drove a M1 Abram  to Baghdad Iraq but it was to hot there and the tank got destroyed so then I jumped on to a army plane think I would go home but instead it landed in Shanghai china when I was there I got some chines food.  But I have no idea how to use chopsticks so I had to go to India but when I was there I got confused because there were a lot of people there so I went back to my home.

student lead conference

I understand what we need to do for the student lead conferences and I think it is going to be a easy thing to do. But I also think it might be better to do a normal conference mainly because my parents know what my grades are because they check skyward almost every day and as for my strengths and weakness are I don't think it's a bad idea but I don't like it that much I would rather do a normal conference but other people might enjoy doing it.

Kamran Ahmen

My name is Kamran Ahmen I am currently 31 years old  I was born December 3, 1980 I was born in Islamabad the capital of Pakistan.My dad works with the police and my mom works at a restaurant.   When I was ten years old I wanted to start playing field hockey.  So my parents bought me the things I needed for it and I joined my schools team.  So after that I spent my time practicing and playing field hockey, I kept getting better and better and going from team to team in till I joined my country's Olympic team.  Unfortunately we didn't win a medal so now i plan to practice more so next time we play we can go home with the gold.

I think the making of the video instead of studying for a quiz helped me with remembering the book better then studying for a test because you have to go back to the reading more often.

Olympics

I think that the Olympics bring all the countries together to see who has the best athletes in different sports.  To me they mean that people from all over the world can come together to watch and see who has the best athletes.  If I were to be in the Olympics I would want to be in for archery because i'm good at it and I enjoy doing it.

I think xiaochun made the right decision to play because if he didn't all the things his dad did for him would have been point less and all the money he spent would have been wasted.  And if he didn't play he wouldn't have much of a future if he didn't.  When he did make the choice to play it was the better one because although he wouldn't be able to be with his dad for a while he would have been able to take care of his dad for a long time and would be able to spend time with him.

Newtons laws

Newton's three laws are relevant in my life because if I throw something I know the forces effecting the object and that it will stop because of air resistance or because it hit something in and equal or grater force then I used to throw it.

ILA this week

What I like about the ILA is that we can work on what ever projects that we have to work on as long as we can get them done, and we get to work with people instead of just doing the projects by are self.  What i don't like with the ILA is that some times in the ILA we have to connect thing to different subjects that aren't very connected and it can be a little annoying. Although for continuing for next year if it was continued I probably wouldn't stay in it because I would get bored after a while in the ILA
